5. Conference fees

Conference fee - early bird rate (to be paid until deadline: 31^nd March, 2024):

Ø Early bird conference fee:        € 65,-  

Ø Early bird student’s fee:            € 45,-

Ø Early bird day ticket:                  € 40,-

Conference fee - regular rate (to be paid until deadline: 15^th April, 2024):

Ø Regular conference fee:   € 85,-            

Ø Regular student’s fee:       € 55,-

Ø Regular day ticket:             € 50,-

The conference fees and student’s fees include the Welcome Reception Buffet on Friday as well as coffee and snacks during breaks on Saturday and Sunday.

Cancellation policy:

Ø Cancellation 4 weeks before 19th April 2024,   50% will be charged

Ø Cancellation 2 weeks before 19th April 2024, 100% will be charged
