5. Conference fees

Conference fee - regular rate (to be paid until deadline: 4th September, 2024):

Ø Regular conference fee:       € 55,-            

Ø Regular student’s fee:          € 40,-

Ø Regular day ticket:               € 35,-

The conference fees and student’s fees include the Welcome Reception Buffet on Friday as well as coffee and snacks during breaks on Saturday and Sunday.

Cancellation policy:

Ø Cancellation 3 weeks before 6th September 2024,  50% will be charged

Ø Cancellation 1 week before 6th September 2024, 100% will be charged
