William Persichilli

William Persichilli is a doctoral researcher at the Department of Political Sciences at the University of Messina, Italy, where he is supervised by Professor Lidia Lo Schiavo. His doctoral research project explores the relationship between gender and peace trying to provide peace studies with more nuanced epistemologies for approaching structural violence through the lens of gender. In 2021 William obtained his Master’s Degree in International Relations at Roma Tre University in Rome. Along with being a journalist for E-go Times for the sections of Art, Lifestyle, and Story-Telling, William is a professional classical musician holding a Master’s Degree in Flute from the L. Refice Conservatory of Music.
